Refund Policy

At EPH Health &Wellness Platform, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a session.

1. Coaching Sessions and Programs

a. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

  • Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund, unless due to an emergency (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

b. Packages or Multi-Session Programs

  • Refunds for unused portions of a prepaid package are available only within 7 days of the purchase date and if no sessions have been used.

  • Once sessions have been booked or used, refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions, and a 10% administrative fee may apply.

  • No refunds are available after 30 days from purchase.

2. Digital Products and Resources

  • All sales of downloadable or digital wellness products (e.g., eBooks, guides, PDFs, courses) are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience any issues accessing digital content, please contact us for assistance at support@elladpreventativehealth.com.

3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

  • Clients who miss an appointment without providing notice (a "no-show") will not be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

  • We offer one courtesy reschedule per client per 60-day period for missed appointments due to emergencies.

4. Technical Issues

If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end (e.g., Zoom/connection failure), we will reschedule the session at no additional charge. If the issue occurs on the client’s end, please contact us as soon as possible to determine a fair solution.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current policy.
